More Bomb Making In Norway
Another bomb maker arrested
September 10, 2011
A 27-year old man in Larvik has been detained and charged with illegal storage of explosives. The police say he had enough fertilizer in his home to make a 200kg bomb.
A local court ruled Friday that the man sould be remanded in police custody under complete isolation for 2 weeks.
In addition to ingredients for making a bomb, the police has also confiscated several weapons.
The man has earlier been sentenced for breach of the fire arms act.
The police say that they so far have no reason to believe that there is any political connection behind the stored explosives. The Police Security Service (PST) has been informed.
